Dinosaur bones?

Last year we watched a dead lamb in 'our bush' as it decomposed over many weeks. This week when we were exploring in the bush one of the children who is new to the farm found some bones.
He explained to the other children he had found some dinosaur bones but the were very quick to tell him that they were not dinosaur bones but lamb bones from the dead lamb. He was perplexed and wasn't sure but replied that no they were dinosaur bones.

When we got back to kindergarten he was asked what he had found and he said " Dinosaur bones, well they are lamb bones really but I think they are dinosaur bones".

We love being able to explore in the bush, to climb, build huts from branches, dig and find insects and this is just one aspect of our time at the time each week.There is so much to do and see and experience.
